Lesson Learned
We prefer not to share the personal qualms that have transpired in this project.
However, we are happy to share the new maxims and bits of worldly wisdom we have gained during the project:

Always look for expertise when asking for help.

When baking, do so with love.

When delivering, always get your details correct.

Let recipients know ahead of time when their cookies will arrive.

Road trips are great for getting to know one another.
For future projects, we recommend having a predetermined sum reserved for fuel and toll costs should future groups want to personally deliver their goods.
Keeping a logbook on hand for transactions is also useful to keep track of money. If future groups are interested in baking, do so with a steady hand and lots of love as previously mentioned.
